Delivery is divided into two stages:

  • Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5 to 7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days

Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, and we select carriers based on the order amount.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Despite our quality checks, issues may occur during shipping. If your package is damaged or lost:

  • Take photos of the damage or describe the loss

  • Report the issue to the carrier

  • Send the details and photos to service-clients@mixdreams.com so we can coordinate with the carrier and assist in locating or reshipping your item
